FAQs: Before you have booked a one-off job
How much will it cost?
Submit your enquiry using the booking form to receive a personalised quote. This is put together by a real person. Auto generating quotes don’t work for freighting odd/larger items in our experience.
What if I don't know the weight or dimensions of my item?
That’s okay! Please do your best to describe it to us in the booking form and we will still provide you with a quote.
Can you wrap or package my item for me?
Yes, we can wrap your item upon collection for a small fee. Some larger/heavier items may be required strapping to a pallet. We can do this for you at a small fee.
How do I wrap or package my item?
We recommend that you securely pack/wrap your item in strong layers of bubble wrap, cardboard, wood or metal. Use tape to ensure your item remains sealed during its journey.
Can you move fragile items?
Yes. Please state this on your booking. We ask that fragile items be securely packaged with enough cushioning material so you cannot feel the shape of the object through the wrapping. All items, including those that are fragile, will only be moved at owners risk.
What is the maximum size/weight?
We cannot move furniture or goods which require more than one person to lift.
How do I pay?
After you accept our quote we will email you an invoice with a link to pay by credit card/ or our bank details for bank transfer. Payment is required in advance.

Do you do urgent deliveries?
We offer urgent deliveries at a higher rate. If you would like a quote for this please do not hesitate to ask.
Is my item insured against damage?
All items are sent at owners risk. Insurance can be purchased at additional cost.
