FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Leo founded FreightPlus with a focus on providing reliable freight transport and logistics services for businesses across Auckland and the wider North Island. With many years of hands-on experience in freight operations, he oversees day-to-day logistics, fleet management and customer relationships to ensure freight moves efficiently and on schedule.

Leo works closely with customers to understand their transport requirements and develop practical freight solutions, whether it’s nationwide distribution, bulk transport or container movements.

Niki Hladikova

ACCOUNTS & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Niki manages the accounts and administration side of FreightPlus, ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. She supports customers with invoicing, account management and general enquiries, helping maintain the clear communication and reliable service FreightPlus is known for.

Working closely with Leo and the operations team, Niki plays an important role in keeping freight bookings, customer support and administration organised and efficient.
